Requirements for the design, content and delivery of texts to the Editor

Accepted for publication articles PhDs up to 1 printed sheet (40 000 characters with spaces), Article doctoral students, graduate students and applicants volume of 0.5 p. L .; Posts (summary of the scientific problem, the scientific life of faculty, notes the achievements of individual scientists or anniversaries) in the amount of from 0.2 to 0.4 of the printed sheet; Reviews (recording sheet to 0.3).

The article links to abstracts accepted dissertations, but not on the thesis, as they are the manuscripts.

Articles and reports are sent by registered mail editor in chief (Leontyeva Tatiana Gennadevne) or the executive secretary of the magazine (Sergey Bogdanov) to the address of the editorial board or delivered personally by the author. By e-mail texts are not accepted.

Together with the printed version (line spacing - one and a half, font - Times New Roman Cyr, 14 pt, footnotes, page-numbering footnotes sequentially) seems an electronic version on CD ROM. 1. The names of the authors

3. Title of articles in English

- Titles of scientific articles should be informative (Web of Science considers this requirement in the expert system as one of the core);

- Translated titles of articles in English should be no transliteration from Russian language but untranslatable names of proper names, and other devices. 4. Copyright summary (abstract) in English

Copyright summary is intended to serve as an independent source of information from the article, shall state the essential facts of work and should not exaggerate or contain material that is not in the main part of the publication.

Abstracts must be:

informative (contain no common words);
original (not to be carbon copy of the original annotations);
meaningful (to reflect the main content of articles and studies);
structured (follow the logic description of the results in the paper);
"English-speaking" (written quality English language);
compact (stowed in a volume of 100 to 250 words).
Abstracts must be written in English quality. The text should be connected with the use of the words "therefore", "more", "example", "as a result", etc. («Consequently», «moreover», «for example», »the benefits of this study», «as a result» etc.), or disparate sets forth the provisions should flow logically from one another. 5. The reference lists

The procedure for review of manuscripts

Received the manuscript is assigned a registration number, what editors inform the authors via email. Manuscripts in violation of the rules for the authors will not be considered. Presentation of the editorial board of previously published articles are not allowed.

Upon receipt of the articles from the author directs her editors for review two reviewers who give an opinion about the possibility of publication of this article. On the basis of expert opinion editorial board accepts the text for publication, or send back for revision.

If the article is rejected, the authors report a reasoned opinion of the reviewer. After processing, the author re-examines the reviewer materials, after which a decision is made to send a print job.
