The article analyzes some fictitious and actual family relationships in terms of compliance with the objectives of family and legal regulation. Abuse of interest is regarded as a prerequisite for the commission of certain fictitious family-legal acts. Formulated and substantiated conclusion about the value of the interest of participants of family relations in the selection of actual and fictitious forms of relations and perspectives of legal regulation.
