Annotation
In the scientific article studies the legal regime of educational services under the Russian Federation legislation. The author defines the concept of "educational services"; highlightes the criteria that must comply with educational services; determines the specificity of the legal regime of educational services. It was concluded that necessity of improving the state control over the quality of educational services.
