Annotation
In article the bases of cancellation of the contract on realization of a tourist product in the presence of the conditions violating the consumers rights of tourist services are analyzed. The conclusion about a possibility of change or cancellation of the contract on realization of a tourist product unilaterally in case of existence of conditions in him is drawn: about payment of penalties, penalties, monetary compensations in favor of subjects of tourist activity in cases of refusal of the tourist of performance of the contract; the violating rights of the consumer for the choice of terms of the contract etc.
