Annotation
On the basis of dynamic approach, it is considered as the purposes and problems of legal regulation of the land and property relations in Russia have been changing. In the article the sequence and essence of the carried-out transformations in the land and property sphere of the country are analysed. It is considered how the problem of nature economic rationalization of the land and property relations was solved on the basis of legal regulation.
