The article provides a comparative analysis of the peculiarities of consideration by courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts of cases on challenging decisions on bringing to administrative responsibility. The author analyzes the norms of procedural legislation governing the procedure for submitting documents to courts in electronic form in cases of appealing against decisions on administrative offenses.
